The Southern African Neuroscience Society (SANS) is inviting members to submit neuroscience-related research images, scientific life images or artistic images for entry into the SANS Image Competition. We welcome both team and individual entries.
All shortlisted images including winning images will be on display at the upcoming SANS Symposium and SONA Conference in Johannesburg (11-14 July 2023). Shortlisted images will be voted for by a panel of adjudicators during the SONA Conference. The best image will win a cash prize of R2500 and the runner-up image will win a cash prize of R1500. Additionally, the winning image(s) will be displayed on the SANS website.
All images should be research and scientific images or artistic images linked to neuroscience. AI-generated images will NOT be accepted.
