SANS Transformation Committee

Committee Statement

The Southern African Neuroscience Society (SANS) is committed to fostering neuroscientific research and conversations in southern Africa. This includes both kindling the spark of young members who have a rising interest in neuroscience and cultivating the research capacity of established neuroscientists.

SANS seeks to grow an adaptable and diverse neuroscience network across southern Africa. It encourages collaborative, inclusive and fair environments, where standards of integrity are upheld.

The Society’s ideals include a non-tolerance for bullying or intentional harm of any kind, and we thank you for respecting these ideals during your exchanges with other SANS members, members of affiliated societies, and during SANS events.
