Workshop
There are several options for registration. Please carefully consider the categories below before registering.
Attendees may attend keynote presentations and public lectures and take part in the Q&A sessions. Attendees are required to pay a registration fee of R300/20 euros/$24.
Students may attend the keynote presentations and public lectures, take part in the Q&A sessions and present their work during the flash talk session.
Students from outside of Africa are required to pay a registration fee of 10 euros/$12 for the workshop.
Early career researchers (senior PhD students and postdocs) may attend the keynote presentations and public lectures, take part in the Q&A sessions, present their work during the flash talk session and attend the discussions.
Senior PhD students will be categorized as ECR based on their CV.
ECRs from outside of Africa are required to pay a registration fee of 10 euros/$12 for the workshop.

SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT
Abstract deadline: 20 October 2021.
We welcome abstracts from all areas relevant to the main themes of the meeting. Abstracts will only be considered from registered students and early career researchers (senior PhD students and postdocs).
Abstracts must be in English and have a word limit (minimum 150 words, maximum 300 words). All abstracts should include introduction, aims, methods, results and discussion sections. References should not be included.
Accepted presenters will be notified in early November.
