Heart and brain function are connected via complex mechanisms. This synchronised function has important clinical implications for diagnosis and treatment. The science behind this connection will be introduced and explored by leading experts in the field.
We welcome researchers and the public to this Joint collaborative symposium held by the Southern African Neuroscience Society (SANS) and Physiology Society of Southern Africa (PSSA).
